How can I access Online Banking?

  1. On the home page, navigate to the Online Banking Login box
  2. Enter your username and click Login
  3. Answer your security questions
  4. Enter your password (forgot password)
  5. Begin using online banking!

What if I forgot my Online Banking username?

If you forgot your Online Banking username, you will need to contact us during business hours.  We can either reset your username or provide you with your current username, after verifying your identity.

 


How do I change my Online Banking password?

  1. On the home page, navigate to the Online Banking Login box
  2. Enter your username and click Login
  3. Answer your security questions
  4. Click Reset Password
  5. Answer your security questions
  6. Receive an email with a temporary password
  7. Within 20 minutes of receiving the email, login again using the provided temporary password
  8. Reset your password after successfully logging in

 

If you do not receive an email with your temporary password, Glenwood State Bank may not have your current email address; to update this, contact us.


How do I enroll in Online Banking?

  1. Under the Online Banking login on the home page, select Personal or Commercial Enrollment
  2. Review the terms and conditions and click I Agree to proceed

  3. Fill out the enrollment information form and click Submit. You will receive a confirmation email within one business day informing you that your request has been accepted. At that time, you will be able to complete the enrollment process and access your accounts online using the User ID and Password you created at setup.

How can I begin using Mobile Banking?

  1. Download the Glenwood State Bank app for free from the Apple or Android store

  2. Sign in with your Online Banking credentials

NOTE: you must be enrolled in Online Banking before the app will be functional for your account

 


How do I enroll in Bill Pay?

  1. Login to your Online Banking

  2. Click on the Bill Pay tab

  3. Complete the enrollment form and click Submit

  4. Begin paying bills immediately from your Glenwood State Bank Checking account!

 


How can I start receiving eStatements?

  1. Login to your Online Banking

  2. Click on the Services tab

  3. Select E-Statement Enrollment

  4. Review the terms and conditions and click I Agree to proceed

  5. You will be emailed a verification code to your primary email address on file at Glenwood State Bank

  6. Enter the verification code under Electronic Statements

  7. Place a check mark in the box next to each account you wish to receive eStatements for and click Submit

 


How do I begin using Shazam BOLT$ with my Debit Card?

  1. Download Shazam BOLT$ for free from the Apple or Android store
  2. Enter your debit card number
  3. Accept the Terms and Conditions
  4. Enter your expiration date and phone number.  An automated operater will call this number to verify your PIN .
  5. Choose a username and password
  6. Complete the user profile
  7. Begin using Shazam BOLT$ to protect your account from identity theft!

How can I change my Debit Card PIN number?

There are two ways you can change your Debit Card PIN number:

  1. Visit our ATM at our Glenwood or Alexandria branch.  Insert your card and enter your current PIN; there will be an option on the screen to update your PIN number.  You must know your current PIN number in order to use this function.
  2. Call or visit one of our branches.  A representative can issue an Easy PIN Reference Number, which will allow you to call a phone number, enter a code, and change your PIN.  You do not need to know your current PIN number to receive an Easy PIN Reference Number; we will verify your identity in other ways.

 

 


How do I sign up for 24-Hour Phone Banking?

  1. Call the phone banking number

  2. Select the appropriate menu item

  3. Enter your account number

  4. Enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security

  5. Create a PIN for your account

  6. Begin using 24-Hour Phone Banking!

 


How can I Download my Transactions to QuickBooks or Quicken?

  1. Sign into Online Banking using your credentials

  2. Click on History

  3. Select the Download option

  4. Choose your account and date range; select Web Connect Quicken or Web Connect QuickBooks in the dropdown menu. Click Download.

  5. Your browser will prompt you to Open or Save the file, select Open to automatically connect to QuickBooks/Quicken

  6. Click OK in QuickBooks/Quicken to import new transactions now

  7. Choose if you would like to use an Existing Account or Create a New Account, click Continue

  8. Click OK to confirm the Web Connect data has been successfully downloaded

  9. Repeat steps 2 through 8 for each account desired

What should I do if I suspect Identity Theft?

  1. Call the companies where you know fraud occured
  2. Place a fraud alert and get your credit reports
  3. Report identity theft to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
  4. File a report with your local police department

How do I enroll in Verified by Visa?

  1. Visit Verified by Visa's activation page
  2. Enter your Visa card number
  3. Complete the required fields
  4. Click Activate Now
  5. Begin using your card for secure online purchases!

Verified by Visa will require additional security questions to be answered each time you check out online; this is to ensure payments are being made by the rightful owner of the card.

 


How can I find my Routing Number and Account Number?

Glenwood State Bank's ABA routing number is 091902023.  Your routing number and account number can be found by looking at your check; see the illustration below.  If you do not have checks, you will need to speak with a representative to verify your account number.
