Our Agricultural Bankers
Flint's career in agriculture began when he was 13 years old on a farm near his hometown of Pembina, ND hoeing beans, which evolved into hands-on experience with all aspects of grain, row crop, and sugar beet production. While attending college in Dickinson, ND, he was able to work for several ranches, gaining experience in livestock. Prior to graduation, he worked as an agricultural financial consultant. He has 24 years of experience in lending and has worked with the Farm Service Agency and as a Farm Business Management Instructor. He currently runs a small herd of cattle with a friend in southwest ND. Flint is looking forward to putting his expertise to use by serving the local area through a family-owned community bank.
